If it’s your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can create your file.

At Elevate Health and Wellness MedSpa, we offer a consultation to ensure that we fully understand your needs and can recommend the best treatments for you. There is a $25 consultation fee, which will be applied as a credit toward any future services. This credit is valid for 60 days from your consultation date.
